"Why Do I need lumber?"

    Since the dawn of time, mankind has utilized the materials given to us by the Earth in some form or another. Possibly the most popular and longest lasting building product afforded to us has been timber products; materials taken from trees. From ancient timbers found through surface penetrating radar at StoneHenge to the Sandy Hook Lighthouse built in 1764, timber stands the test of time.

    Sure, you may not be building a lighthouse (maybe you are?), so what would you need lumber for? There are hundreds, possibly THOUSANDS of uses for lumber. Arts and crafts, decking, home construction, livestock pens, the list goes on and on. Here is a short list, just to give you some ideas:
